Phil is the co-founder of Grounded, a boutique B-corp certified social innovation and brand activation consultancy based just outside of New York. Phil has worked globally as a senior strategist in brand innovation, planning, design, advertising, shopper marketing, activation, digital and CRM for networks such as WPP & Publicis and for some of the world’s most well known brands and businesses including P&G, Unilever, McDonalds, InBev, Pepsico, General Mills, Nestle, GSK, Starbucks…to name a few.

Phil was the planning and strategy force behind P&G Global brand building awards and is renowned for his insights and thought leadership around purpose-driven brands. Phil was recently recognized as one of the top 100 Global CSR professionals by Real Leaders Magazine.

Away from work, Phil enjoys casual cycling & boating in Connecticut and is a talented musician.
